This game was sunk by our PP.
Vancouver wasn't really doing much and we had three powerplays and didn't even get a single shot on two of them. If we plan on going deep this playoffs, our PP coming through is a must but it's struggled the past few playoffs.

We badly miss McCabe also.

January was always going to be a tough grind. They have no legs right now and with the lack of skill it’s hard to win.

When Rielly, Matthews, Marner, JT, Willy, Pacioretty, Domi, Lorentz and OEL look like they'd rather be anywhere else you aren't winning.

It doesn't all fall on him but Hildeby is having a bad problem with ill timed goals. You can't be letting the first shot in, one with less than 2 minutes left in the second and an opening minute goal in the 3rd.

I'd tell McMann, Nicky Bobby, Kampf, Dewar, Knies, Benoit, Tanev, Timmins and Myers to take tomorrow off and chillax and tell the other guys I listed we practice at 8 AM.
