I knew when we lost Game 5 in the fashion we did that it's going to Game 6 and I am pretty sure I know how Game 7 is going to end but I'll hope for the best.

If we lose, as long as I have seen the last of Marner in a Leafs jersey, I'll be happy. Time to move on.

I like Marner, but you can't pay a guy that much to not score in the playoffs. He's basically like Riley Nash but a bit better at passing

People blaming Campbell is actually mind boggling. It is like some people live in an alternate reality. Have you people been watching the same series? He has a .950 save percentage and Matthews and Marner have combined for 1 f***ing goal. Open your eyes please.

Boston was a choker in 2009 and 2010 playoffs but they redeemed that in 2011 with the cup run.

2013 and 2018 they had no choker label. They are considered to have underperformed with the 2019 cup loss to a weaker blues team at home but they didn't have a choker reputation when they played us and we came back 3-1

This team lacks the killer instinct. I mean game 5 they came out flat and let the Canadiens get the lead and they did the exact same thing in this game. The coach isn't doing a good enough job having this team ready and fired up from the get go. If this team gets eliminated then I think a major change has to occur to this core. Matthews no points in this series and Marner that was a very stupid, stupid mistake lifted the puck out of the ice. Good players simply don't do that. Plus they need a kick ass coach like Sutter who demands a lot from his players and holds them accountable.

The Leafs showed what their true potential could be in OT. They were dominating practically the whole time, gave the Habs hardly any good scoring chances until their goal and were generating great scoring chances all period. The problem is unfortunately they haven't been able to do that consistently game after game.

I don't know why the Leafs with all their offensive weapons can have such difficulty scoring or even generating good chances alot of the time. Until they woke up in OT, the Leafs offense looked like a joke and their finishing ability was so bad. Compare that to the Bruins who always seem to look dangerous and have that clutch factor, the Leafs seem to be the exact opposite of that.

He has a .950 against a shitty habs team that has no offence. His stats are inflated by there inept offence. He hasn’t been at a .950 goalie level, that type of goalie makes big save after big save. Price did, Campbell didn’t
As for the bolder point, firstly, deflected shots aren’t unstoppable, Campbell stopped them in the regular season and in regulation of these games. Also, If letting in a goal on your 3rd shot when your team has 13 isn’t the definition of choking, then we haven’t had a choking goaltender in this team. We needed a save there and he couldn’t give it to us. After letting in that 2nd leaky goal, he shut the door very well in the 3rd, but he then let in a bad goal in OT
I think he rebounds for game 7 but it won’t be enough, this team needs serious change

To your first point, he made an insane pad save at 2-0 down which kept us in the game. To the second one, watch the goal again, no goalie is saving that. Campbell cuts the angle down and the puck beats him to the far side.

This is what you get when you don’t finish it off when you had the chance. You knew the refs would never call all of Montreal’s grabbing and hooking. Bunch of cheaters but still you had the chance.

I hope they lose game 7 so we can get rid of Dubas and trade for a good defender. Having 5 average guys doesn’t cut it. You need an elite top pair. Rather lose now and win the cup then get knocked out by the Jets.

But you know they’re not going to change anything. Too many built in excuses. Tavares injury, Muzzin injury, Price stoned them, a few lucky goals in OT caused by inexperienced dmen mistakes, etc.

They won’t blame Marner saying but his defence is great. Yet that gutless puke caused the second goal by carelessly sending that puck over the glass for a 2man disadvantage.

Who tied it tonight? A 36yo Jason Spezza and a defenseman who had one f***ing goal all year. How about Thursday? A two goal miracle from Jake Muzzin. Tuesday? A 3pt performance from KHL fodder Alex Galchenyuk. William Nylander has been beast mode the entire series. Your goalie has like a .940. You're getting f***ing everything from everywhere else in the lineup. Those two owe the depth of this team an apology. Some of them might lose their jobs over this shit, and it won't have been their fault.
