I’m a huge fan of Keefes
But I just don’t get in general why some coaches succumb to stubbornness??
I’m not a genius, but why is something so obvious to most , not a no brainer for the head coach ???
It’s not even close and it’s not the first time and it’s not early in the season
he has only played about 10min in the nhl...i think ill give him a little more rope before cutting it.

One of few things Babcock got right - Holl is not an capable NHL defensemen yet Keefe plays him like a top 4.

Leafs need to start learning how to win consistently without Marner. If he doesnt play, they tend to lose. If he doesnt play well, they tend to lose.
Nah man according to some moronic posters on here Holl made this club a top 5 defensive group.

When you're looking for depth defender (and Holl is a depth defender) you aren't setting the bar too high.
Holl is a placeholder, and that place is going to be 3rd. pairing very shortly.
The question is whether Dermott is his replacement, but I've been disappointed as I thought Dermott had more between the ears, but it's like every game for him is like his first.
Have to have growth in your game when you're starting out and if you don't have that growth, those behind you are closing in on you.
