As long as they get even moderately competent goaltending, they will win this game. Maybe it becomes a spark for Samsonov. The talent is there. It's just getting past his own head.

That was a bad bounce. Off Brodie, who was then looking for the puck, and Samsonov was tracking it until it took the odd bounce. Just happened SEA found the puck first.

That being said, I would want Brodie to forget the puck, take the man and let one of the forwards seek it out.

Unless the price is stupid high seems you could grab on the cheap to try with Rielly like Schenn worked last year and slide Brodie down to 3rd pair with Benoit.
Peeke can slide down to 3rd pair next year or he works out well with Rielly longer term.
Might just need a trade out of a bad team scenario like Benoit.
