at this point in his career maybe if you give him a very simplified role as a winger he can still contribute a bit

I was that game while waiting for this one. At one point Roy stood behind him and draped his arms over Engvall shoulders while explaining something to him. I laughed because that’s what I do when I’m disappointed with my children.

Growing up in MTL the early 80s, those Norris division games were always fun.. especially the Leafs v North Stars for that final slot.. i believe it happened several years in a row.

Leafs / Hawks battles it out more than once too. Terrible teams, great intensity, fighting and passion.

Well, there is the League standard, and the Leaf standard. They are not the same.

Regardless of which line he is on, if he is not a winger as of next season this team has not progressed it's roster.
