Sandin is really smart on both ends of the ice and he isn't afraid to hold onto it.

As he gets more comfortable the leash will come off.

I'm a big believer in Sandin, but also the business side of hockey, and we're holding him back a bit i feel so we can get a good cheap bridge contract, maybe bump up his pay in hopes of performance for a 3-4 instead of 2.

We need cheap great talent to go with the expensive big boys.
