Chiarot? LOL Hell no. He's a walking penalty machine with no skating.The issue is this is the move. Dubas feels that Giordano is what he should be using his limited cap space on.
Florida went out and got a better d-man (Chiarot) and arguably the best forward on the market (Giroux). Boston went out and got the best d-man available and signed him long term (Lindholm). Tampa went out and got a great middle 6 forward thats signed to an insanely good contract (Hagel).
But yes, he's a lumberjack who will look tough while our goalies fish the puck out of the net after he gaffs.
