I know we scored a good goal but I really liked the team commitment to defense. They didn't get much time in our zone at all.

This team is going to be so much better when Morgan Rielly is in the NHL. That guy is a wizard at taking the puck out of the zone.

good first period all things condered. Some nice plays and some not so nice. at least it looks like a complete 180 system wise from last year. The new guys are holding their own, no major mistakes. GOD I MISSED HOCKEY!!!

You DON'T just grab people and dance. It doesn't work that way. If you do that, you're penalized. It's just ill advised. Beyond so.

It was not meant to be an insult....if you watched at all last year, we got ran out of the arenas far to many times .....the Leafs opponents will think twice if they know that they will have to deal with Orr. Carlyle has no problem taking a penalty to send a message.....you will see!

Liles is another guy that had a great period. Poke checking everything.

A bit sloppy game in general, but that's to be expected.

Komarov trying to get Gally off his game was pretty funny.
