GDT: Leafs @ Habs | Part III

Come on..another opener shut out against the Habs would be so sweet.

I hate arrogant Hab fans. Without Price, they are nothing at all. That team has more problems than we do.

We've been bad on faceoffs tonight (or maybe just the ones I've noticed).

The entire team is playing well. Phil has been very involved. The team isn't completely relying on him, which is good.

We have a lot of talent up front.
 
Habs are playing so bad. Emelin is only player on their team i've been impressed with so far

Happy with our defensive play so far

Wish Naz scored another in that period on that 1 really good chance early but still happy with his play

Komarov is awesome

Not happy with Grabo and Kulie so far

This is exactly what I was hoping for - Him to get this first chance.

Now it's almost impossible form them to drop him out of the lineup. He does everything a team can hope for and carlyle of course is echoying this to everybody.

Good for Connolly. Sucks that he won't be called up at all.
 
My thoughts on the game so far... Everyone gushes about Montreal and their tradition, blah blah blah. If tradition means pushing confused old men down a set of stairs in the dark while on fire, then they are certainly the best at that. That one old duffer was desperately looking for a hand rail to make his descent, too bad there weren't any Leaf fans around to help the poor bugger down the stairs. No class those Montreal fans. The torch stuff is garbage, what a waste of 20 minutes of my life.

Kadri looks alright, and the kid in net seems to be getting the job done. Kostka, what the hell?!?!! Who knew how useful that guy would be for us. Keep it up boys, one more period.
