Considering Marner just came back after 10 games, I think he's doing ok
He's never been known as a lazy player

I like the way Matthews plays away from Marner.

Sure he's not as dynamic offensively but its almost like he's forced into playing a more dominant north-south old school big C style of game.
He has to go and retrieve the puck more and do more of the heavy lifting because he's playing with linemates not as talented as Mitch.

Worth a shot. Wings went with Gostisbehere at 1yr/4.125, Rangers with Gustafsson at 1yr/825K.
