Have you not felt this way for 5 years? I know I have. We constantly change all of the outside parts of the team and they always look the exact same. I lost complete faith after the Columbus series and thought a big change was needed then. But we've just carried on in the same manner and nothing has changed.

Truthfully, it is a bizarre way to run a business.
