To be fair, history tells a story of a team that is on an almost historic "not being shutout" run, if that is a thing. The Leafs haven't been shutout in damn near forever. The odds of this goalie doing it are pretty slim.

Drop plays from the side boards at center ice against aggressive Penalty Killers sounds like a recipe for giving up a second shorthanded goal of the night.

You should not have four guys on a powerplay hanging back in their own zone with 20 seconds remaining on the man advantage, that's just loser hockey.

That was a horrendous shift. McCabe gives it away down the middle. Domi gets a stick in and there's a chance to get the puck. Neither Domi or McCabe go for the puck. McCabe almost has the puck. Domi decides to blow the zone. Has to circle back quickly.

Meanwhile Bertuzzi is heading up ice for a 2 on 1 with Domi. Has to slam the brakes on and come back. Liljegren doesn't make a decision on how to play the 2 on 1 the other way and just drops to his knees. Bertuzzi dives to intercept the pass and is about 6 feet away from even being close.

Ducks goal.

Sure. Also true, drop passes when all four of their guys are in front of you and all four of our guys are behind you isn't a bad option.
