Yes but there are measurable markers in each game. Shots, o-zone time, possession, scoring chances. Even if the Leafs fluke out a PP goal here, NJ owned the period.

How do you guys get through a game when you get so wound up over meaningless shot totals? Jersey has had a bunch of completely non-threatening shots. God bless. They have a grand total of zero goals.
