Sure, Chychrun at $2.3m is good, really good, but that kind of deal completely decimates Toronto's prospect pool for the next 2-3 years.

It also seems wholly unnecessary. If you're getting Chychrun, seems likely that he's a theoretical Muzzin replacement. I don't know how you make the cap work, but you certainly don't pay the ridiculous haul that would be required for Arizona to retain 50% of his salary for the next 4 years.
