If you don't think that person was Lou going to bat for his hot shot assistant (objectively -- remember the context is 2017, Dubas was one of the hottest up and comers) I respect that. But come on, common sense says it was Lou. Why would Lou want to lose an asset like Dubas at that time?

I'm not saying this to hate on Lou. I am saying in 2017 a Lou-Dubas team is AMAZING. It's not working out today any more but it's enough for me to trust shanny with the next phase.
