Dubas did hire someone and then fired them the next day or the same day because of their racist/homophobic posts I think.

Whatever the case I will give props to Dubas for not letting any of this hawks BS run rampant in the Leafs organization. Just reading the report it is freakin' disgusting what transpired in the hawks organization

Why? Bc for the first time this season the medias will be on the Hawks instead of them?
If anything, Dubas should take advantage of this situation and see if the Hawks want to have a cultural retool by getting guys like Marner and JT.
Keefe should take advantage and just absolutely fire the boys up and destroy the Hawks.

Pretty sure the reverse will happen thought.

That I agree with you.
I think deep down if this happens to the Leafs, Dubas would have step up and put a stop to it instead of trying to cover it up.
He might not be great at handing out contracts or stuff but he is someone who actually have morals and will do the right thing.

Spezza has been one of the better wingers this season. What would be wrong with playing him on one of the top two lines in the third period. I understand he's older and those minutes playing first and second line add up over the season. He's one of the few wingers that can actually finish. Explain why this wouldn't work?
