What choice do any of us have. This franchise has very clearly committed to all of these guys. I don't like it, especially when it comes to Tavares, but this franchise has shown no inclination to take any risk whatsoever.

It obviously either hit the glove or the stick right above his glove... so that should've ruled out kicking motion instantly since you can kick to stick.

If you can't confirm it's hit the stick or glove, it should be call on the ice. Otherwise, make the call based on glove/stick being last point of contact.
