They virtually are getting no depth through 17 games, it's a huge issue right now.. Stellar goaltending and quality d-zone play has kept them alive so far.

Our entire bottom 6 right now provides us nothing. We are legit a two line team right now, Treliving needs to find a way to acquire some scoring and quickly. It's been 17 games with the results below, "figuring out stage" passed us 7 games ago.

Holmberg = 1 point
Robertson = 1 point
Reaves = 1 point
Domi = 0 goals, 6 points
Loretnz = 3goals, 4 points.
McMann = 4 goals, 5points
Kampf = 3 assist, 3 points.

This. We are a top heavy team. If Matthews/nylander/Marner/Tavares/knies dont score and produce the leafs have no hope to win. The bottom Sixers can’t be relied to relieve the offensive burden of our high salary stars. Pacioretty was the best forward of the bottom six and he’s injured and out indefinitely

I hate the limitations of a hard salary cap.
