Many people say that the caps have the best announce team so I will try their feed tonight.
""
I guess that's better than having learned some lessons??
I think the Capitals will have a very tough time in this game. I expect that the Leafs will not give them much time or space. So the last time the Caps were sitting waiting for a team on a back to back was against the Pens. Caps were down early 2-0 and weren't ready to play as they lost 4-2.
Players admitted that they expected a much easier games against the Pens and underestimated them.
We will see if they learned anything. McMichael and Protas have taken the next step for them this season and Strome has been great as well.
They are a much faster team than last season too.
i don't get what holmberg has done to earn his spot
Benoit out.
Robertson out.
Should be Holmberg scratched but whatever.
Probably need Holmberg to play Center

At this point, I would allow the wingers to openly audition to play C.Probably need Holmberg to play Center

End of the day probably not a big deal.Dewar has and can do that. Don’t know why this team is so averse to it.
This is exactly how the Caps have played all season long too. They don’t give up much and the D has been stingy.I think the Capitals will have a very tough time in this game. I expect that the Leafs will not give them much time or space.
Yeah, he and Domi had a rough night.
Could be hurt or sick, hopefully they bounce back tonight.
Once we trade for a center or Minten shows the leaf brass that he is ready ..he will be traded or on waivers, really disappointed in him .Probably need Holmberg to play Center
