Domi has a nice gritty playstyle compared to Mitch and while he s not as good of a playmaking, he’s highly skilled.

I’d like to see that combo given some rope as that could be valuable in the playoffs.

Mitch playing with guys like Holmberg and Knies could provide some sneaky good offensive depth

I said it before, Domi’s playmaking is Marner level. His defensive game is just really bad but he hasn’t done that bad playing with Matthews. He’s trying to take the opportunity and run with it.

If a goal goes in and the don't see it, the can be alerted right? Why can't the do this with offside, rather than two minutes later finding out after all that play happening?

I’d rather see offsides be more like baseballs in the vicinity rule at 2nd base on dble plays. Leave offsides to the refs

I wouldn't go that far, his production has been better but I expected a 60+ point pace given the talent he plays with.

I think in the playoffs this might be the way to go. We will be impossible to shut down and Matthews and Marner can still work their magic on the powerplay

He’s a player who can bring it for short spells but it doesn’t last. It’s been that way his whole career.
