It might be controversial, but I think Holl looked fine with Sandin while Muzzin was out. For whatever reason, Holl and Muzzin are worse than the sum of their parts and keep playing together

He has that Sundin thing where you never even notice him, but then all of a sudden you notice he's a ppg player.

He's our number 2 C, but on how many teams #1 C's have more points than him? Less than half for sure. How many #2 C's have more points than him? 1 or 2?

My point being he plays around 18 minutes. So he should have games where he is the best player in the ice. He gets points but his play is still not great. Last game his assist was the only time I remember him being in the o zone. Him and nylander were taking games over at the start of the year. Now they can barely manage 2nd liners

Yeah, seems like they ran out of magic. Though goal number one was all Holl. He’s just brain dead sometimes.

That's the thing most frustrating about Holl, he can be a quiet 5-6 guy for half the game... and the guy goes through a stretch of brain dead, no effort, lazy plays ... he just stands there.

Management will need to fix this unless they want another 1st round exit.
