We have played well but goaltending is the difference. We need the Matthews line to get going specifically Marner.

Fully agreed. That said they probably know what they're doing; the medical staff, the hockey staff. Can never be sure, big organizations and experts have screwed up things in the past, but still.

Anyone else think that we should have Matthews QB the powerplay? Get him to do what Mitch does but from the left side. His shot can actually beat a goalie from a distance.

Yeah I get it if Keefe didn’t want to break up the HEM line by sitting Joe, but it’s looking like that should’ve been the move instead of taking out Boyd.

Only concern is Matthews wrist. I’m assuming it’s not broken or fully torn. If you delay a ligament surgery you can’t fix it.

Such a weird thing. I picked up on my fantasy team thinking since Babcock was gone he'd finally get the minutes he deserved but that hasn't been the case.

They overplay him which is why Marner gets more looks.

I don't mind the idea of loading up though and using Marner more in Thornton's spot with Nylander in a shooting area.
