Our stars could learn a lot from how the Bs top players move the puck and stay in motion

Leafs very lucky to be tied, gotta come out with a lot more intensity in the 2nd or this already over.

Not the greatest period

Boston held play for a good chunks

Murray was solid though and kept it a tie game

Need to be more sharp and play in the ozone more

Marchand's one of the least likeable players in the league, but he does know a thing or two about hockey. Maybe I'm biased here because he's saying basically exactly what my thoughts are, but what can I way, IMO he's 100% correct.

Something to think about for the "we'll never win a damn thing as long as Dubas is in charge" crowd and the "you can't win while paying such a high percentage of the cap to 4 players" crowd. Or not, whatever.

This team I believe can win it all. Yes, I've been saying that for years but I'm saying it again. Hopefully they show tonight what it is that makes me think that way. GLG!!
Meh those comments are just like the respect in the handshake nonsense. It’s easy to be gracious when you are the best team in the league.
As far as the we will never win with Dubas and the cap allocation the fact remains that we haven’t won squat and have lost first round 6 years in a row

What were Tavares and Rielly even doing on the tying goal? Yes it was a giveaway but both sort of ignored Bergeron standing all alone in front of the net.

Holl is so horrible when he turns back with the puck. If he's facing up the ice he's fine. He turns to retreat behind the net or tries to send it around the boards behind the net and it's automatically on the opposition's stick. I'd rather the guy ice the puck than to see him turn back against the boards. It's almost like he's scared he's going to get hit against the boards and he panics.

Ultimately, what will prevent the leafs from winning in the playoffs is that their bottom six provide no offence.
And that is the result of having no cap space to improve them.
