In general seems like the PK has fallen off over the past year. It was elite for years and then last season regressed to middle of the pack, and currently is middle of the road again operating at roughly 75% (still early though of course).

There is literally zero chance that Washington even makes a game of this. They are bad.

They are ass but have outplayed the Leafs for most of the game at 5v5. Giving up 10+ shots to Ovi is pretty inexcusable. I do think with how Woll is playing we should be fine but you never know with this group and its complacency at times.
