RE: Robertson:

Keefe isn't dumb he knows there is a code in the NHL and he can't lose certain players who are big in the room. Tie goes to the vet etc. Robertson can play in their spot, but Keefe needs him to show he is ready for it. He needs to be able to tell the vet that this kid outplayed him, not that the shiny toy takes his job for no reason.

I get it's hard to do that playing 10 mins a night with no PP time, but that's what a lot of these guys have been doing as well. It is what it is. Robertson is there for a cup of coffee. His hope is someone gets hurt. Otherwise, Keefe's focus is on keeping the team happy.
