I think it is much more fair than shootouts. Ottawa has same pts as us yet they should be ranked lower because they played less than us?

What does it matter? Everyone plays the same number of games in the end. 44 points in 1 less game is better than 44 points in 1 more game.

I don't know honestly I kinda like the Leafs in the 6th spot, I mean the Southeast is horrible the person who get's the 6th seed is basically the third seed without the home turf advantage.

IMO we should have a good hold on the 6th or 7th spot very soon, small chance of taking the 5th spot but we'll see.

All i can smell though is playoffs, really cant see us just randomly collapsing in the last 13 games.

well we're tied now. (with one game played more). so now it boils down to us capitalizing on our stuff and the sens losing a game in regulation.

i mean. weirder things can happen. we're out of the NE by 5 points. I dream big. my grandpa always said dream for the stars - if you fall you hit trees. aim for the trees and you fall, you end in the mud.
