That's a good team Carolina has, solid forecheck, good puck movement on PP, but I was impressed with how the Leafs kept the high danger zone shots to a minimum. The reaction by McCabe after the Aho shot after the whistle was great. A couple of other scrums led to the team - yes, all 5 skaters - collapsing to the net and getting into the faces of the Cane players. I like this aspect of how the team is developing after the TDL. We're not seeing idiotic tough guy moments, more so the growth of a team's collective belief in protecting/supporting each other. I believe this will serve them well in the playoffs.

Not knowing how badly Acciari was hurt, I'm curious to see how Keefe might respond tomorrow. I think we've got 15 games left and while I applaud Keefe's efforts to include as many of the acquisitions into as many games as possible, I'm wondering when he's going to start gearing up for the playoffs and institute a 12/6 v 11/7 roster. I'm really hoping that ROR heals quickly so that he has a few games to get his legs going.
