watching the leaf players interviews now on maple leafs video or whatever. good stuff
 
2-3 times a week for like 3 months.

Hoping this semester while home/working, I'll go 3-4 times per week. I want to be able to max bench two plates by the end of 2013!

When I was in high school, and I was working out constantly and training hard. I was doing maxing 2 plates. Ah being 17 again.
 
I never really lifted in highschool it was mostly bodyweight and HIIT lol

Guess hard work pays off eh. Now I know it's possible for someone my size :laugh:

Yeah man if you just keep going every day and stick to a routine. You can gradually add weight and you will see your numbers rise quickly.
 
think i might watch a movie before bed, hmm lets see which one which one..

im just finishing up higurashi when they cry now. Couple more episodes and then i can staart berserk
 
Anyways going to bed now. Just letting people know that I will be making the fantasy league tomorrow on yahoo. Should be fun :D
