Lol! The vibration in the iPhone 5 is an oscillating piece of metal encased in a round metal housing. When you stand it up like in that video, the oscillation causes it to move in a counter-clockwise direction. I believe the app changes the settings on the vibrator to do that; if you stood up your iphone and had someone call you while it's on vibrate i don't believe it rotates the same way.

I can honestly say I have never needed to find the slope for anything in my life.

I find it funny that they don't teach you **** like how to do your taxes, or basic **** like that, but they think it's needed that I know how to find the area of a circle

Try an accounting course

And besides, all that random math you thought wouldn't be useful would be if you chose a career that needed that sort of thing

Yeah, Accounting courses definitely teach you that stuff. Or even Economics courses teach you the theory behind it. The information is there but you just got to go out and get it.

With that said, the amount of people going in to that field is disproportionate to the mandatory levels (i.e. 75% of your high school career) spent in a Math class.
