Jagr scores his 5th tonight, also has 12 points in 17 games. Still think he would have been an excellent option this season, especially at one year.

Besides Markov and Subban and Diaz, what other option do we have for Bouillon on the powerplay? The other two are not any better.

I wonder what forward would be best suited for that position? Pacioretty?

Obviously Desharnais. But personally I'd have Plekanec out there if we go 4 forwards.

Desharnais' projected stat-line after this game:

17GP
1A
0G
17 shots on goal
-2

Making a strong case for the flat-out worst player award. Small, inexistent offensively, incapable defensively and soft both mentally and physically. I can't think of a small player who does as little as this guy.

So most non-Habs fans I've watched games with this year have noted that the Habs play dirty.

Do you guys agree? I do think this team has been chippy for a while, we have a lot of guys who like swinging their sticks.

I actually don't agree at all. In my personal opinion the Habs are one of the least dirty teams in the league.

I was going to comment about this in the OT thread.

But...Briere is clutch!

Subban, Pac, Plek, Bourque & Gally can be chippy at times.

Hopefully he's gone before Briere is back.

100%
But we have young kids who are far more aggressive and who play on the edge.
Pacioretty for example is pretty dirty.

I really don't mind though. As long as it's not over-done. I'd rather they play with a little emotion.

Desharnais needs more pp time. I mean, if you're still useless 5 on 5 you must deserve pp time.

By the Habs....who are we talking about? 'Cause somehow, the same 2 or 3 names comes back time and time again and then...it stays like that. So Subban....Plekanec....Gallagher...who else?
