LD Rasmus Dahlin - Frolunda HC, SHL (2018, 1st, BUF) Part 2

  • Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. He's started at RD in every game that I've watched him. He ends up just about everywhere on the ice, though.
 
He was noticeable tonight but unfortunately both good and bad.
Frölunda relies on him a lot to make something happen when they have trouble creating anything offensively. But that also means he sometimes get double shifts and slip up here and there.

His worst game in a while but he usually bounces back pretty quickly. It's a shame we don't get to see his talents more on the PP, that 1st unit is just too effective.
 
Looks like Tre Kronor wants to keep media and scouts away from him this years WJC aswell. It's funny how if you read between the lines it sounds like the NHL-scouts are vermin that should be avoided like the plague. They are among several things having an pressconference were Dahlin will only talk about the NHL draft so they can point to that during the tournament and get rid of media easier.

So will this actually work or will the journalists creep into his hotellroom for an comment or to just check how he handles unexpected situations? :popcorn:

Atleast last time you lost the lottery from a 1 seed the consolation was Eichel. Falling to 4th or 5th is massive. Svechnikov would be a great consolation if you draft 2nd.

i'd be alright with either honestly buffalo sure needs it !
 
Don't see him as a player worth taking, but he's a top pairing for sure, I just don't deem him as elite.

If any player I compare him to right now it'd be somewhere around Shane Ghostisbehere or Kris Letang.
