No my original comment was because of sarcastic comment of him as a NA trained Russian. You can choose to believe this or not, I hope Knyazev excels like Sergachev but he still far from being there . We shall see how he fairs against NHLers.

No one said hes going to be an amazing NHLer with a long career. Its just funny that he seems right on track despite people freaking out that he chose NA earlier in the thread

Forgot about this guy, but seen an article from a month a ago. "Guys who could end up in the VHL next season"
Apparently, he's not making the roster for the most of the season. Only 8 games, no VHL time

Couple of years I actually thought he has a decent chance to became an NHLer
