The only player I would consider for Crouse would be Brady Tkachuk, otherwise it would only be for an overpayment. Being a new father has affected his play, he'll come around eventually.

BT would be an overpayment. So your entire comment is redundant with overpayment.

With his playing style, how many more years do you see him being effective? Also how does Utah’s window/trajectory align with that? What you’re saying about Crouse, has been said by Ducks fans about Gibson for 4 or 5 years. This “not without an overpay” act becomes amusing in that it seems to assume players are assets whose value will never start to depreciate.

I don't believe Utah wants to move Lawson Crouse, but I'd be curious to see what others teams' fans see as his value.

Great size, always a league leader in hits, and a good bet for 20G/45P. Signed through the next 2 years at just $4.3 million.

In the event Utah were to move Crouse, I'd think it would be for immediate help at RD or centre, rather than a package of futures.

What would your team offer for Lawson Crouse?
I'd do Whitecloud + 2027 1st + Brisson:dunno:

Utah would be adding a significant amount in that deal.

Never said straight up, everyone just assumed it, just in reference to replacement. If Brady ain't coming to Utah, then I don't want to trade Crouse! Can't think of anyone else that fits the profile and would improve the roster.

Colorado would definitely be interested, but I highly doubt Colorado has the pieces to get it done unless Utah is interested in pieces like Kovalenko+picks/prospects and other prospects/middle 6 players.

Can’t imagine that even gives the conversation started.

In the earlier Brady Tkachuk thread I offered Crouse + top 5 protected 1st + Lutz (making way too much of the German connection with Stutzle.

They would want Josh Manson. And our blue line is not equipped for that loss.
