Crouse has the kind of contract that is already a severe underpay, I would be willing to move Niemelä and a 1st, but I dont think Arizona would be looking for a established player for futures kind of trade anymore - would probably have to be a hockey trade.

If he only cost a low prospect and a late 1st he would have bern traded

I am happy to discuss Crouse for what we traded to get Hronek however.

If an RHD is needed as part of the inclusion, Myers and Brzustewicz could definitely be included in some form. Or, you know, Juulsen. In fact you can just have him for reading this, Arizona fans.

I think fans in this thread are massively underrating what Crouse would have in value. AZ isn’t a minor league team for everyone else anymore and a guy with his skill set and size is a unicorn. A Jeanott or Hagel like offer doesn’t even get AZ to answer the phone.

And when you consider he is the type of player that GMBA wants to build around and Crouse stating that he wants to stay a Coyote, it would take a massive one side haul to acquire him. It wouldn't make any sense for a team to try!

You’re definitely not getting Cooley and Keller for Hronek, oof that’s Uber bad for the yotes. They’re not giving you one of them, let alone 2 of them.

While I completely agree with you that neither (nevermind both) will be traded for Hronek, as a Canucks fan I would not trade Hronek for either of them straight up.
