Sean Farrell
First 22 games 2 assists, 2 points
Next 15 games 4 goals, 3 assists, 7 points
Last 2 games 5 goals, 1 assist, 6 points

After being the last regular to record a point, he's now tied 8th in scoring.

If Farrell can keep it going til the end of the year, and has a decent playoffs, I'd give him his QO and bring him back to Laval. He's a hard working dude, and we still need people next year.

I don't see ABB, Condotta, or Gignac returning. We'll see about RHP, I guess.

But, we're not adding any prospects of significance next fall unless Thorpe makes it or they decide Kapanen needs more time & they want him to stay in North America.

Anyone else is probably staying in College hockey (Harris, Hage) or staying in Europe (Koivu, Eriksson, Rohrer).

If Fowler indeed signs, maybe they keep Primeau as the vet instead of Hughes. He still doesn't really have a choice if they send him his QO.

He'll be on waivers again next fall. Someone could take him then since he's dominating the AHL.

I was wondering if Montreal calls him up at Trade Deadline & they send Dobes down. Montreal isn't making the playoffs while Laval will. Montreal would probably rather have Dobes playing those games.

We'll see, I guess.

he'll be traded before he gets recalled.. If he comes up one more time and ishes the bed then his career will be over, he needs a new NHL team to play for.
Totally agree. Kudos to him for showing the determination to salvage his career. He could have given up but decided to give it his all. I agree that he has probably played his last game for the Habs.

Three stars
Farrell (he did dominate in the USHL and ECAC, not a mirage?)
Primeau (his AHL dominance might bring the Habs a second rounder?)
Steeves (Marlies)

Simple , this new management is good at communicating and making the demoted player not go down and get their head down.
We saw it with fricking armia !!! But also with the sheriff and now Primeau

We don't have a big enough influx next year to justify not bringing him back.

I think Condotta will be back as he's the Captain and probably knows he's not going to get a true NHL shot.

Gignac injury troubles probably bars him from a NHL deal, so depending on the offers he gets, he might be back on an AHL deal. RHP will probably try to get a shot with some bottom NHL team. I hope ABB will stay, depends if he has any remaining NHL ambitions after this year.

Dauphin almost certainly stays if he's saying the truth in his interview.

Thorpe almost surely goes back to the WHL.

From our prospects, Kapanen (if he doesn't make the Habs), Rohrer and Harris would be the most likely additions.

His struggles in the NHL might prevent him getting claimed. Dobes will probably get sent down for Laval's POs either way.
