On a good note.. Latvia has made 2 of their last 3 quarters here which is exceptional. They've been in and out of this tournament the last decade but finally found solid footing and are hitting quarters. Very encouraging. This is also a super young team. They are built for next year if they can stay in main pool. The Germany game is their Superbowl and I'm guessing will be an amazing match!

Not about this group necessarily. They reseed after the quarters with all the teams left. If you assume Canada beats the US in regulation, Sweden wins their remaining two in regulation, and the US beats everyone but Canada in Regulation it’d set up a US/Canada semi final
