The all time leader is Larry Murphy who played 80 games. Of the 5 guys ahead, 3 including Murphy played 80 games, one played 77. The only guy ahead who has played significantly less games is Leetch at 68 games. But what's really telling is that 4 of the 5 guys ahead of him did in during the high scoring 80s, the only guy who didn't was Bourque whose rookie year was 79-80.
It is what it is and that is why whenever comparing players from different eras comes up, I groan and leave the room. Raymond doesn't even care about stuff like this, it's more that fans that do.

He took a couple hard hits tonight which is unusual for him. Thought that last one might have hurt him a bit but he seemed okay. I guess he better get used to it, because playoff hockey is about to have everyone looking to squash him like a bug. lol.

Incredible season for him. Looking forward to seeing what he can do in playoffs.

He looked tired, which is probably why he got caught. 82 games is a grind, especially for a rookie D playing top-4 minutes. Gonna be tough against a big team like the Caps; I just hope he stays safe.
