What on earth did we do to Devils fan? I keep seeing the same Devil fans in every single Habs thread. I can understand Toronto or Boston fans. I just find it weird to see the same devil fans coming in every single habs discussion in the main board.
No idea
I still don’t care about their crap team

Did Pronman just said Hutson might become a top 4 D??
Some guy on Twitter has a 20+ point thread just absolutely roasting him.

Just read the Pronman piece and his blurb on ranking Hutson 39th.

Questioning whether he will ever be a top4 player and using his "good but not great" skating as reasoning feels like some kind of double down bias from his takes this summer.

Obviously it doesn't matter in the end what someone thinks, eventually great players can't be ignored and if Hutson will be great.

People are entitled to their opinion. Just like people who compared Subban to DelZotto were entitled to theirs….

We, of course, are entitled to disagree. And I think, there’s lots to disagree with here.

People are definitely entitled to their opinions but if their opinions continually to be absurd its understandable that people will dismiss them entirely

Edit: Sorry if reading that gave anyone a stroke not sure how i was trying to phrase that🤣

Boy oh boy where do I even begin. Lane... honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you skate up the ice and strike fear into your enemies' eyes. Your silky smooth moves around the blue line, and those gorgeous offensive instincts. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire. You had a rough childhood, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing off the ice, you're a great (future) husband and (future) father, sometimes I even call you dad. I forever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day retire. I would sacrifice my own life it were the only thing that could put a smile on your beautiful face. You have given me so much joy, and heartbreak over this season. I remember when you first left Boston University and its like my heart got broken into a million pieces. But a tear still fell from my right eye when I watched you win the Calder trophy, because deep down, my glorious king deserved it. I just wanted you to come to Montreal. Then alas, you did, my sweet baby boy came home and I rejoiced. 2024 was a hard year for us baby, but in 2025 you will make history happen. You fell to 62nd in the draft and I couldn't believe it. I was crying, bawling even, and I heard my glorious king exclaim these words, "MONTREAL, THIS IS FOR YOU!" Not only have you changed the game of hockey and the world forever, but you've eternally changed my world. And now you're getting older, but still the goat, my goat. I love you pookie bear, my glorious king, Lane Hutson.
