I am so happy someone made this referenceLike Kim Kardashian.
Yeah it's SOOOOO convenient that he only missed like 3 yearsconvenient timing, im guessing he'll be NHL ready the minute the cap stops applying eh?
7D chessYeah it's SOOOOO convenient that he only missed like 3 years![]()
oh, I'd bet not much comes off his shoulders when Landeskog hasnt played in 3 years. Probably wont be the same. It's gonna be a huge load of the shoulders of MacKinnon, I expect him to burst when his fellow returns
They're going to be stacked for the playoffs.
Lehkonen - MacKinnon - Necas
Landeskog - Nelson - Nikushkin
Drouin - Coyle - Colton
no its convenient that his 3 year injury just happens to be ready for game 1 of the playoffs, while able to be sent to the AHL waiting out the salary cap.Yeah it's SOOOOO convenient that he only missed like 3 years![]()
I don't get it?I am so happy someone made this reference

You guys ever heard of "Divine Timing" ?Shameless to fake an injury for cap reasons.
Landeskog hasn't played competitive hockey in three years. Dropping him straight into the top six in the playoffs most likely isn't going to happen.
I'd just be happy if he's not a huge liability on the third line. His comeback is going to bring so much emotional boost, the Avs are going to be juiced as hell.
He's had multiple setbacks so this isn't the first time he's tried to return lol, even this season. He's ramping up for one last serious attempt, and along with medical guidance I'm sure, they're timing it to play it a bit safe in regards to if he's even going to be an NHL level player when he hits the ice again.no its convenient that his 3 year injury just happens to be ready for game 1 of the playoffs, while able to be sent to the AHL waiting out the salary cap.

Athleticism has to be kept at the same level though and the margins between top athletes are pretty small."Returning to a skill after a break can often lead to improved performance because the brain consolidates and strengthens neural pathways, making it easier to recall and execute the skill, even after a period of inactivity. mackinnon's shouldersoh, I'd bet not much comes off his shoulders when he hasnt played in 3 years. Probably wont be the same.
Wave goodbye to Nelson and pray that his knee holds upReal talk: What do they do salary cap wise if he can play next year? Hard to think they will be able to keep Nelson
Makes sense. Especially when you consider the margins between top athletes.Athleticism has to be kept at the same level though and the margins between top athletes are pretty small.
Also, he'll definitely make his debut in game 3, not game 1. He won't return for his first game in Dallas. It will be in Denver. I'd put money on it, and I don't gamble.game 1 of the playoffs
