I honestly think Roy will be the GM, or at least move to an assistants role. He indicated in his presser last year if I recall correctly something like I would like to be in the front office eventually.

I think this is the right move in regards to Roy and I’m glad ownership decided on it. It’s hard to put a ton of blame on him considering the sub-par roster he’s had. Let the new GM decide whether or not to give him a chance with a new mindset in the front office.
