Nice to see Brown get some luck for once. Good game, Muzzin/Doughty on pace for nice season totals.
If Kempe is ready, and Mersch is also knocking at the door, then the guys who could be moved range from Pearson, King, Clifford, Nolan or Andreoff.
Adding Byfuglien would make the Kings a huge threat, imagine having his shot from the point on the PP, and his hitting, and he can also log big minutes, which this team needs on the blueline.

we are a huge threat already.
interesting Bernstein said the same thing![]()
If shore wants to stay out of the press box he needs to do better in the faceoff circle. If not I could see lewis taking his centre spot and Clifford coming in for Shore.
Bernstein (and the entire fourth period crew) aren't exactly the most knowledgeable people when it comes to hockey writers. Bernstein hated the Carter trade, he didn't like the Gaborik trade, I hope he hates the next trade too. I had a long argument with him over Twitter how the Gaborik trade couldn't be "bad" like he was saying because the Kings didn't give up ANYTHING but he insisted it was lol bad and wouldn't help the Kings......
lol and where did i say they did ? i am concerned on my own thinking because they agreed with me.I have had the same type of talks with mr Bernstein however as much as i disagree with him at least hes willing to go on record with his opinion about the kings. Most insiders ignore the kings for the most part. So for that i have some respect for him
I'm in agreement there. Pearson is still so young and so good, a drop-off in production in a season after a major injury seems like a bad reason to trade away someone who could easily be another home-grown superstar.Someone from ESPN brought it up today about how he would really help, so really he's just running with that story. Giving up Pearson for a rental would be a bad thing.

If he looked like he did last season before the injury, no one would be suggesting this... and I'm not convinced he won't get back to that level of production sooner rather than later. He is still doing good work, after all. Along the boards, hustling on special teams, getting to the net, getting good chances... just none of them go in lately. A little snakebite is no reason to trade away a great young player.
I would move King before Pearson as I am sure most would.
He's just mostly wrong, all of TFP is a total **** show.

king is not getting you anything close to what Pearson would therefore Pearson is the one to go
