Nashville was trying HARD to match Forsberg and Ribeiro away from Doughty and vs. everyone else. THey were really the only ones doing anything remarkable at even strength tonight.

Kings were still 54.7 CF% against one of the top possession teams in the league. Drew was 60%.

Last time we had a negative shot differential was a month ago at san jose by only 3.

They pretty much played the top 4 defensive teams in the last 4 games, and all playoff teams.

1 2/3 games without Kopitar and several without Gabby and QUick too. And controlled most of those games while traveling through several different times zones on the longest road trip of the year.

Stayed afloat at .500 which is...acceptable for that stretch. Need to work some magic we weren't previously getting vs. the Pacific next at home though, and DL needs to make his move soon. Doughty getting 35 min vs. st louis and 33 tonight is not good.

Man they all look exhausted. Can't even celebrate with energy. Good to gut out 2 points. Hopefully they get home and get some rest, that was a tough road trip. Still, 7 out of 14 aint bad considering the players lost and the competition we played against.
