Awesome. Maybe he even plays tomorrow. Although I won't mind him sitting out either.
Edit: Saw the other tweet. 4-14 days. Not too bad.

Dr. Sip would treat swelling with hot tubs and saunas
Dr. Sip diagnosed the injury as a bruise yesterday, my prescription would be two days at Thermea with an ice cold beer on the bruise and beer in the other hand!
Ehlers will kiss the boo-boo better.
That's not fair, spock is cheating with that pencilThe definitive eyebrow raise...
Is boo-boo an innuendo/code for something? :O
For the twitter challenged
Patrik Laine update: Nothing broken, it’s a bruise. No set timeline for return— probably 4-14 days. As of now, Maurice thinks Laine is unlikely for NSH game on Sunday. #NHLJets
Both of you have a point. But I don't think a player should ever be blamed for doing good things for the team. It's part of the game, like it or not. There's always a risk for injury if we look at every single play in slow motion.
Probably not while he was in the race for the Rocket. But now that he's forced to rest, this injury could end up being a positive. He would've missed 1 or 2 games anyways because of rest.
I really doubt he's out longer than 2 games if it's just a bruise. So it could take him to April 5th which would give him 1 or 2 games before the playoffs.

I voted 3 games in that injury pool thing so I'll send a text to PoMo to keep him out an extra game.I really doubt he's out longer than 2 games if it's just a bruise.
I'm right here.I voted 3 games in that injury pool thing so I'll send a text to PoMo to keep him out an extra game.
Probably smart to keep him out for these two games. I wouldn’t put it past Perry or Subban to try and slash him in that area
Oh I uh, wow hi!I'm right here.
Such a dumb injury, when you think about it.
