Do you know/remember who the first play-by-play announcer for the Los Angeles Kings was? Believe it or not, the legendary Bob Miller was not the original, despite being the "Voice of the Kings" for 44 years.

Indeed, Jiggs McDonald, who became a media honoree in the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1990, was behind the mic for the Kings in their first five seasons. He spoke exclusively with Frozen Royalty, sharing his memories of his time with the Kings, and much more.
