It was a flash knockdown not a TKO. Burroughs was right back up and about to kick O'Reilly's ass but the refs saved him.
His legs buckled. He was rocked. I’m not denying he got back up, but the refs saw his knees go and didn’t want him to take more damage.

A flash knockdown isn’t a thing.

It's definitely a thing. Guys legs buckle or they even go out cold for a second and then they're right back up fighting or in MMA maybe on the ground fighting. It happens in MMA all the time. Don't know how it can be a TKO when Burroughs finished the fight standing over O'Reilly. Horrible job by the linesmen.

I’m calling it a TKO because it was that punch that stopped the fight and had the refs jump in. He got back up, but that’s the punch that stopped the fight.

Well, we'll have to agree to disagree then. On Hockey fights.com a TKO win was defined as a fight ending because one guy was hurt and maybe laid out on the ice but not out cold. A knockdown win was when a player was knocked down but didn't appear to be hurt. I wouldn't call this either as Burroughs wasn't hurt and didn't finish the fight on his ass. I do give O'Reilly the win based on punches landed though.
