Crazy for him to put up 113, 144, and 121 points the last 3 seasons, but then go on to score no goals in his last 2 playoff runs, and only 1 goal in 6 games 3 years ago.

No doubt the panthers are a problem. But superstars find a way to contribute but Kuch has struggled lately. I don’t see why it’s so controversial to point that out.

If you watched the games this year and last, you'd see the Cats commit to not giving him any space, stripping the puck in transition and, for the most part, forcing him to feed defensemen who aren't scorers in the zone. Yeah, he's had a rough run of it, I'm just giving some details as to why.

I never said that. I said Kuch drives the offense. If you can shut him down it's hard for Tampa to score. Seems pretty obvious.

But another factor is that they are too small as a group. They need more bigger bodies.

I'm not a Tampa fan. But Kuch had 4 assists in 5 games this year, and 7 assists in 5 games last year. He was also 1 and 5 against Toronto. So that's still ppg. But this thread focuses on the 1 goal.
