Knee on thigh, a bad charley horse. Leg won’t really work for a minute, and hurts like hell. After you realize your leg isn’t broken, you’re ok.
A good time for a couple days off, though.

What a shame this happened to Matthew Tkachuk, of call players.

I feel so terrible for him
Shocking. Edmonton fan lmao. Bet you loved Leon being dirty in the finals though. He really killed it in the points department!

How many viscious knee injuries can ONE team suffer without ANY long term or even short term consequences?

For the Panthers it’s happens all the time. For the Panthers it’s 3 in a 7 game stretch.

Ask yourself how often you see your team take on a Knee on Knee? Ask your self how often you see a player limp off with a knee “injury”, only to be fine 5 minutes later.

Funny how only ONE team in the entire NHL this happens to. Funny how it keeps happening.

How gullible do you need to be to not see the multiple fake knee injuries. Or you’re just a homer, which makes your opinion on it irrelevent anyways.
Don’t throw stupid hits out of frustration then. Fortunately the Panthers have some strong knees even with the dirty hits they take to them!

Tkachuk was talking all that shit at the of the last game (from the bench of course) only to get tuned by Kuch, completely embarrass himself faking an injury, and get shut out by a backup the very next day lmao. Rough night
Tkachuk is a Stanley cup champion. You’re over thinking this badly lmaooooo. This is a December game. He naps through the regular season.

Holy f***, for those of you crying about him diving and saying it wasn’t knee on knee, you see the impact on his knee at the 2 minute mark. That’s the angle that had most Panther fans upset. But, I love on the uneducated whining and crying in here. He has a broken sternum in game 3 but came back and scored the game winner AND played in game 4. But, he’s just a diving p***y.

I actually love the hate, especially from Oiler fans and how they’re seething in here. Guy’s knee clearly takes impact, he’s spun around, but has the presence of mind to go…”oh shit, I can get a major! Bye bye Kuch.” You clowns serious??

Matthew Tkachuk, helped the Panthers win their first Cup, lives rent free in opposing fans’ heads. Love it.

Come on…

No body is arguing the fact that Tkachuk did play hurt and would do it again to help his team to win. But he does embellishments.

Was this play actually a knee to knee? Looked more like a thigh to thigh to me. Let’s just say that it’s debatable. But he faked to be injuried, that’s for sure.

I’m a Panthers’ fan and I like Tkachuk, but I don’t like when he does this kind of stuff.

So…you didn’t look at the 2 minute mark and see the impact on his knee? Ok. There’s no coming on. Hockey players aren’t Super Men. Did he realize he was ok after a few seconds after first feeling soreness from the impact? Maybe. But again, watch the impact on his knee and how the knee reacts. Or just post this bullshit.

My point was more about him faking an injury. And that was bullshit.

I mean…it’s ok to pretend to be hurt to a certain point to draw a penalty. But the way he did it…it was laughable. When he does shi* like this, I can understand why he’s so hated by other fans.

So, you still haven’t watched at 2 minute mark and seen how his knee was impacted? Maybe he was faking, maybe he didn’t know, maybe it hurt, maybe it still hurts.

The guy broke his sternum, came back, scored a goal, and played game 4. Is he really ok? He wasn’t exactly effective after coming back and he’s come back before. He could be fine, his knee could’ve been numb af. But, go ahead, carry on.

Let them hate him, who gives a shit. Oil fans don’t care that we were mad at Draisaitl hitting Barkov. Boston fans don’t care that we hate Marchand, or Tampa fans that we hate Kuch, Vegas fans that most people dislike the whole team. Tkachuk plays his role well, that everyone’s always mad at him is awesome.

Is it wrong to think they got the call correct, and Tkachuk still embellished it?
Unless you are blind just watch.

Broke your franchise into a million pieces.
The cats saved the B's from getting embarrassed by Cassidy in a season whose record did not describe the team well at all and last year was the expected outcome. I'd argue you saved the B's and put them pack on a track to actually fix themselves long term vs the trade our 1st at the deadline for BAP and choke in round 1 or 2. I guess the icing on the cake would be if we can face you again and lose to get rid of Sweely or be the upseters for a change but we'll have to wait a few more months for that. I get being the team to beat is a relatively new concept for you all but people don't hate the Panthers they just hate losing.

There's no value in pretending to know what Tkachuk was thinking. Was he embellishing? Don't waste space opining on something you can't possibly know.

However, we do know what both players were doing. You can see Kucherov leading with his knee. What he was thinking is also irrelevant - he made a dangerous hit and deserved to be punished.

Is there value in saying he lead with his knee when he didn’t?

Glad the league made the right call when the ref made his call based on injury

We are more dominant the last 2 than the Bs have been the last 20 years. I’m very new to the concept of being good but I dont feel bad about it at all. And the Panthers broke you whether or not you want to admit it. It’s ok, the rebuild is coming.
