He’s lucky they sent him off. Benny and the others wanted his head.

Hopefully it’s not as bad as it looks.

Nah, looked like he jumped into him. If it wasn’t bad they wouldn’t have sent him off.

(You’re a favorite poster of mine, so not being dickish, just don’t agree)
Lol it's ironic cause Bennett is a giant piece of shit on the ice

Tkachuk put himself in a vulnerable position but Kucherov made zero effort in avoiding this. I’d have more sympathy towards Kucherov if he tried to move out of the way to avoid contact, but he literally just went right into his knee.

Think this deserves a few games.

When Marchand would get destroyed back in the day the posts on here were essentially hey it's the game he plays eventually it's gonna catch up to him. When you're a shit stiring rat that can play amazing hockey right or wrong your gonna get targeted and eventually get got.

That's kneeing alright.

Rule 50 - Kneeing

50.1 Kneeing - Kneeing is the act of a player leading with his knee and in some cases extending his leg outwards to make contact with his opponent.

50.2 Minor Penalty - The Referee, at his discretion, may assess a minor penalty, based on the severity of the infraction, to a player guilty of kneeing an opponent.

50.3 Major Penalty - The Referee, at his discretion, may assess a major penalty, based on the severity of the infraction, to a player guilty of kneeing an opponent (see 50.5).

50.4 Match Penalty – The Referee, at his discretion, may assess a match penalty if, in his judgment, the player attempted to or deliberately injured his opponent by kneeing

Hope it's nothing too serious for Tkachuk. That said, after Tkachuk's antics towards the end of last nights game (Hagel got bloodies by an awkward hit along the boards and Tkachuk was laughing and mocking him from the bench), he was basically asking for some open ice hits in today's game. Think Kuch tried to lay one on him and unfortunately caught the knee.
