Strome/Namestnikov/Fast/Hayes/Zuccarello/McQuaid all need to be traded. In the case of the first three they can be done in the offseason but they shouldn't be on the team next year. Kreider is more questionable, depending on the deal, but I'd lean towards trading him as well.

If they trade CK that will show that they're fully committed to actually rebuilding this thing rather than the half assed sure fire way to fail that it kind of looks like they're shooting for.

If they sign the UFA's to be and trade Kreider, that would be stupid however.

I don't see the point in trading Kreider. Would the idea then be to have Mika skating around with prospects learning to play? What's the point of that? If they do trade Keider then there's no point in signing any FA this summer.
