100%. If this happens, I can actually just drop my Fubo Subscription. I will pay anything under 300 bucks a year to subscribe to any streaming service they offer.

There's been a lot of talk that most of the RSN's that the baseball teams own will shut down in the next few years. MLB is talking about basically opening up MLB TV to in market as well. The billionaire owners are going to plead poverty next year and there's going to be a massive labor dispute that will likely lead to an NFL style salary cap introduced (but also a salary cap floor to stop Oakland, Tampa etc cheaping out). May come at the cost of the season though.I’m guessing we won’t get the games in the Portland market.
You think that will be the case even if its a Kraken owned streaming service?I’m guessing we won’t get the games in the Portland market.

In my experience so far I have seen games on RSN, ESPN, ESPN+, NHL Network and TNT. The problem is that even with their streaming service, I will still need more service for blacked out games on ESPN and NHL Network. The original post on it was about it being over the air. But I’m all for a streaming service, then I can tell Comcast to smd, which would make me immensely happy.
Can't wait for this. Linda Cohn is cool.Introducing Kraken Hockey Network | Seattle Kraken
Great news for fans across the Pacific Northwest: Brand-new KHN to distribute games on traditional TV (KING/KGW/KREM) and streamer Prime in tri-state areawww.nhl.com
Good day, Kraken fans. I'm just a Blues fan stopping by to ask why the heck your home opener is at 1:30 on a Tuesday? Is there some scheduling conflict or what? I'm not complaining as I live in Europe and the early start time is great for me, but I just really need to know the reason.
Best of luck to you Tuesday and this season!
I don’t think anybody likes it. It appears to be in that slot by request of ESPN.
Kraken announce that over the air games will be broadcast in Idaho now.
Do they allow them in Oregon or is that blocked in case a Portland team expands there?
Part of the lower crowds at Sounders games has been attributed to the games moving to Apple TV from ota. Obviously not the full factor, the team has a lack of new star players and needs a fresh influx so things are a little stale, raised ticket prices, kraken coming in etcTo add as a separate note. I’m loving the resurgence of local sports teams over the air. It’s great. They channels need content more than ever and it’s great to see it bounce back because of demand.
